Evolution: A yoga kirtan dance journey! October 13, 2007

We invite you to experience the yoga journey of Evolution; a universal tantric vinyasa practice accompanied by live music. The evening will weave together multi-dimensional yoga, pranayam, kirtan, guided movement, and dance into waves of consciousness-raising movement meditations.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Our inward journey begins by tuning in through the chanting of sacred mantras. As our hearts expand through singing, our bodies will be guided through multi-dimentional asanas and movements based on sacred geometry. As we turn on to the universal knowledge that lies within, we allow our minds to drop out and our bodies to trance-form into ecstatic dance.
