#evfn is a weekly social gathering organized primarily over Twitter. It stands for East Valley Friday Nights and yes, you are invited.
I can't believe we haven't done this at Four Peaks before! It's a cultural icon, with some of the best beer in town. No, I'll say it -- THE best beer in town.
Now this places gets crowded: VERY crowded. The manager, Steve, is going to hold back a portion for us, but I can easily see our space getting smaller and smaller if people are coming late. SO DON'T COME LATE!
Oh, and RSVPing helps -- BIG TIME.
Tell the hostess that you're with #evfn, and they'll direct you. Or just follow the noise. Damn, we're loud.

Well, we'll be late, but it sounds like a beach-head will be well established. At the very least, I'll be able to say "hi" and get my growler filled!

I thought #evfn stood for Easy Victory Follows Nightcaps, and you were all drinking before going off to die in battle somewhere. This sounds safer, but much less Operatic.
