Evening Lecture: Curator's Talk, High School Event: Unbound September 27, 2007

Tania Sammons, Curator of the Owens-Thomas House and Decorative Arts, will lead a gallery talk on the exhibition featuring glass from the Telfair Museum of Art and Savannah collections in the Telfair Academy's Drawing Room.

In honor of heading back to school, the Telfair Museum of Art is letting high school students make books. Artist Katie Buchanan will demonstrate everything you need to know about creating unique art books, from binding to custom printing to illustration. Express your self from cover to cover with words, illustrations and images all your own. There will be a live DJ spinning the music in the Jepson Center for the Arts, so bring your friends.
