Description

Spanakopita is everyone’s favorite Greek dish. Why?

There’s the luscious combination of spinach and feta- two ingredients that were just made for each other. Second, there’s the siren song of layers of buttery, crispy, phyllo dough that just melts in your mouth.

Some call it food of the Gods. Taste for yourself at Eurocircle’s Spanakopita Cooking Demonstration & Wine Tasting. Our very own, Nicholas Papadopoulos will demonstrate the proper technique to whip up this delectable meal.

We’ll relax with a glass of wine from Bucks County’s Sandcastle Winery, then settle in our chairs and watch Nicholas whip up an authentic three-course dinner in Foster’s state of the art kitchen.

The evening concludes with a three course tasting of Nicholas’ recipes as Joe Maxian introduces us to Sandcastle’s wines.

$25 pp in advance until 3/11/09. Price increases to $40 the week before the event.

Includes: cooking demonstration, 3 course dinner, wine, and recipes.

Space is limited to 40 people. All guests must be registered and paid in advance. No walk-ins.
