Douglass and Elizabeth Streets
San Francisco, California 94114

Hi;

This Saturday, October 13, I will be leading the Eureka Valley Stairway Walk for the second time. This walk, adapted from the excellent book "Stairway Walks in San Francisco" by Adah Bakalinsky, takes you over hill and dale from Noe Valley to Eureka Valley (aka The Castro) and back again. It's definitely a more-walking-less-talking kind of tour, but there will be plenty to talk about on the way. Among the highlights are the geographic center of San Francisco, one of the original cowpaths from the Mission days and some of the most spectacular views of the city.

The walk kicks off at 11 am at the corner of Elizabeth and Douglass Streets, on the corner of Noe Courts Park, and goes abruptly uphill from there. More information at: http://sfcityguides.org/desc.html?tour=22

Hope to see you there!
Sean
