In addition to his loved regular menu, RAMMY-nominated chef Claudio Pirollo is whipping up several specials just for the night, such as the Terrine of Salmon and smoked salmon with celery, hazelnuts and truffles with a Banyuls dressing, Seared Foie Gras with homemade chestnut cream, smoked duck and Speculoos potato chips, a Duo of Scallops and North Carolina Shrimp on a bed of "Deus" Belgian beer risotto, Wagyu Beef Rib Eye with confit potatoes , braised endives and red wine shallot sauce, and a special Lovebirds' Dessert to share.
