Jim Chamberlin, SPHR has over 35 years of HR experience in manufacturing, high tech, healthcare and public education both in union and non-union environments. He has extensive knowledge of State and Federal labor laws, compensation and benefits, and occupational health/safety. Jim has taught the SHRM Essentials of HR Management at NCHRA for the past 6 years.
