ESA Investment Forum April 6, 2009

Organised by ESA’s Technology Transfer Programme Office (TTPO) in collaboration with Europe Unlimited, the ESA Investment Forum 2009 follows the previous and highly successful editions that took place at the European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC) in the Netherlands.

For its 3rd edition, the ESA Investment Forum will foster investment and partnership opportunities by bringing together start-up companies using space technology in a non-space environment with finance and investment communities while highlighting their business potential.

The SMEs being selected to participate in this event are businesses that build a significant portion of their growth and competitive advantage on the utilisation of a broad spectrum of technologies originating from space.

The ESA Investment Forum will take place at the Dolce Hotel in La Hulpe, near Brussels on the 7th of April 2009. In preparation for the event, a Venture Academy will be conducted the 6th of April at the Galaxia Incubator in Transinne, Belgium.
