Nationally acclaimed musicians Eric Fridrich and Swil Kanim return to play a second benefit concert in support of the Prospect Enrichment Preschool Scholarship Program, May 22nd, 2010 at 7pm.

"Eric Fridrich and Swil Kanim together delivered a stunning performance full of laughs, tears and virtuosity" - a moved onlooker -

Due to the success of their first performance, Seattle singer-songwriter Eric Fridrich and violinist-storyteller Swil Kanim have scheduled a second concert to benefit the Prospect Enrichment School's scholarship fund. The school which offers an early learning program for children, regardless of their ability to pay, holds a special place in Fridrich's heart as they provided a scholarship to his own daughter a few years ago.

"They provided my daughter Sophia with a scholarship and a rich early learning environment with emphasis on literacy, cognitive and social skills. Their goal is for all children to enter kindergarten with the skills and confidence to be successful lifelong learners. When they reached back out to the artistic community for support we felt that we had to respond."

Scholarships to the school, located at the Prospect Congregational Church, are provided to 90-95% of the students making all fund-raising efforts vital. Fridrich and Swil Kanim's upcoming performance promises to be as special and intimate as the first, showcasing a blend of interactive storytelling accompanied by soulful guitar, harmonica, vocals and violin.

Support the early education of local children while sharing a unique musical experience, Saturday May 22nd.
Show starts at 7pm.
