Hans is a senior enterprise architect with more than 10 years of experience in the Java field. He was a committer for the JBoss project and founded JBoss-IDE. Hans is also the founder and project lead of Gradle, a Groovy based build system. One of his key interests is approaches to successfully ship software. For him the agile methodologies have proven to be very efficient. He is a passionate teacher and mentor. He has worked or consulted for SAP, Volkswagen, Continental AG, and many other companies.
