Epping Ongar Railway Marks Armed Forces Day June 30, 2012

Epping Ongar Railway, the longest heritage railway in Essex and closest to London will be marking the commitment of the brave serving personnel on Armed Forces Day (30th June). EOR are offering members of the armed forces travel on our heritage services (both steam hauled, diesel hauled and heritage buses) at concession prices (on production of ID). This forces members the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable day out with their loved ones, taking a step back in time and travelling in the style and comfort of times past.

There will also be a collection on the train in aid of Personnel Recovery Centre at Colchester / Help for Heroes.
