St Louis, MO- On Saturday, June 14, The NonProphet Theater Company is set for one of its biggest milestones in its 13 year history: the 300th episode of their sketch comedy show, The Militant Propaganda Bingo Machine!

Since 1997, the NonProphets have been producing their award winning sketch comedy show at venues all over the St. Louis region, most notably at the St. Marcus Theater and the Hi Pointe Cafe. Eleven years after the show's debut, the NonProphets now bring their signature show to the legendary music club Off Broadway on Saturday, June 14 to celebrate this landmark occasion with several special guests, including past cast members, guest performers and a very special guest host. The show will feature some classic sketches from the show’s history, as well as brand new material.

The sketch show takes 24 original sketches and pits them against the backdrop of a twisted bingo game in which the audience controls the order of the show, and prizes are won by a lucky few. The show is a non-stop evening of break-neck comedy that will leave you exhausted and hoarse by night's end.

Hosting the show will be the Chanteuse with the Sweet Caboose, the Mistress with a Derriere Beyond Compare, the Hostest with the Mostest, Lola van Ella, St. Louis' up-and-coming burlesque queen. Lola is a regular performer with the Alley Cat Revue at Rue 13 on Washington Avenue, and has performed her delightful strip-tease and acrobatic abilities all over St. Louis and all over the world. Lola brings a touch of class to this otherwise bawdy show, and the NonProphets are excited to have her return to their stage. Lola will wow the audience with her hosting abilities as well as performing a few eye-popping numbers from her repertoire.

To start the evening off with a bang, St. Louis comedians Kevin Hogan and Kevin White will get the festivities rolling.

Off Broadway (located at 3509 Lemp Avenue in the Historic Cherokee-Lemp District in South City) is one of St. Louis' legendary music venues and boasts some of the best bartenders and ambiance in town. The bar, which recently went smoke-free, hearkens back the atmosphere created by the NonProphets' previous home, the late, lamented Hi Pointe Café. Off Broadway is a 21+ venue

Directing the show will be NonProphet founder and Artistic Director Robert A. Mitchell, and returning to the NonProphet stage will be three former cast members: John Shepherd, Rachel Tiemann and Kirsten Wylder. Current cast members include Brendan Allen, Nicole Angeli, Aaron Orion Baker, Tyson Blanquart, Paula Stoff-Dean, Jonathan Ellison, Chris "Mr." Jones, Theresa Masters, Ben Ritchie, Suzanne Roussin and B. Weller. Special guest performer Brian Hyde returns in his last appearance on a St. Louis stage before moving to Seattle in September. The multi-talented Sarah Holt runs the show as Stage Manager.
