EPIC Roasthouse Celebrates the Spirit of Passover March 30, 2010

EPIC Roasthouse and Co-Owner/Executive Chef Jan Birnbaum are pleased to offer a special Passover dining experience for guests. Chef Birnbaum will prepare a five-course, prix fixe menu with wine pairings featuring contemporary interpretations of his childhood Passover favorites passed down from his mother, aunts and grandmother. The evening will begin with hors d’ oeuvres followed by a traditional Seder service with four ritualistic blessings and drinking of The Four Cups, as well as the ceremony of candles and symbols of Passover.

Chef Birnbaum’s Passover Dinner will not be kosher and has simply been created in the spirit of Passover. Rather than a traditional, religious Passover experience this contemporary experience will allow families to interpret and celebrate the holiday in their own way.
