EPHEMERISLE is a floating festival of freedom, creativity, and community.

Participants bring boats, platforms, and other floating things together in the middle of a large watery area (this year, in the Sacramento River delta -- see EXACT LOCATION here: http://ephemerisle.org/the-event/when-and-where )
