EPCC Senior Adult Program Presents "A Tribute to the Beatles" April 17, 2010

The EPCC Senior Adult Program Presents “A Tribute to The Beatles,” Saturday, April 17 at 3:00pm in the Chamizal National Memorial Theater, 800 S. San Marcial. A “Tribute to the Beatles” is a multi-media performance that pays homage to the quartet’s early beginning in Liverpool and the development of their career until the breakup. The performance includes 8 musicians, who play and sing the Beatles’ most significant songs with A-one quality.The show begins with a biography of the Beatles and their first performance in the United States. Then the music begins with a 10-song performance by the Beatles followed by an intermission. The second part starts with another video that shows the group’s maturity and eventual breakup. At this point, the group performs a live rendition of the same 10 songs from the Beatles videos at the top of the show.
