Entrepreneurship Week: Innovating for Health — BYOB! (Bring Your Own Brain) February 25, 2008

Join this lively panel discussion and participate in an audience brainstorming activity to help solve the problem of pediatric obesity. A panel of experts will give the audience the top five issues in this area, which has traditionally lacked in innovative solutions. Following a warm-up by the Biodesign Innovation Fellows, the audience will participate in a brainstorming session and kick off a three-day competition, the Innovating for Health Challenge. The winner will be announced at the Entrepreneurship Week Closing ceremony.

At a reception following the "Innovating for Health" event, see medical device technologies currently being developed at Stanford and speak with the researchers working on them. Enjoy complimentary, healthy hors d'oeuvres and beverages while networking with others interested in technology innovation.
