Enjoy a yoga class & help Seattle's homeless youth November 28, 2006

As we enter the season of giving, it's a great time to give to those you do not know. Punk Rock Yoga is offering a special class November 28th at 6:30 pm with all the class proceeds going to Youth Care, an organization serving Seattle's homeless and at risk youth.

We welcome punks and punks at heart - piercings or no piercings you are welcome to join us. Our classes are dynamic but open so that people of all levels can find a place to work. This particular class is a flowing yoga class (vinyasa). We will set a special intention throughout the class on generosity to help us maintain sanity and perspective during the flurry of holiday spending.

Class location is at Home Alive, 1415 10th Ave, second floor. Home Alive is located between Pike and Union, around the corner from Neumos. There is street parking available.

The drop-in rate is $10 (100% of which will go to Youth Care), additional donations will be accepted as well.
