------------------------------------------------------

A rejuvenating conference at an Alpine resort. Open to various academic disciplines. Four-day conference includes free hikes and guided mountain walks. Spas and swimming facilities available. A European gift after a strenuous academic year. One of six conferences organized by the International Journal of Arts & Sciences (IJAS).

Until March 25, 2010, IJAS invites abstracts, papers and proposals in any of the following tracks:

•Social Sciences and Humanities,
•Business and Economics,
•Teaching and Education, and
•Technology and Science.

CONFERENCE LOCATION: HOTEL NORICA

Hotel Norica is connected by an underground tunnel where a short walk leads to one of Austria's most impressive swimming pools, the Alpen Therme, a multi-million Euro complex with the Alps towering above it. The Hotel will provide you with a free bath robe for the duration of your stay, and free daily entrance access to the Alpen Therme. Without the availability of this free daily entrance, the Alpen Therme would charge over 20 Euros for a 4-hour ticket, and over 24 Euros for a day-ticket. Swimming pools, spa and wellness facilities are available both within the Therme and inside the Hotel.

IJAS has reserved a block of double rooms at the Norica for 81 Euros per person per day. Each room comes with a bath/shower, WC, hair dryer, color-cable TV, radio, direct-dial phone, and laptop connection.

Additional charges may include (i) 8 Euros per day for single use; (ii) 8 Euros per person per day for rooms with a balcony; (iii) a 2 Euros tax per person per day for the wellness cur; and (iii) a 10 Euros surcharge per person per day for lunch. Most of these charges are optional, levied on those who want more than the basic package.

SUBMIT YOUR RESEARCH:

The submission deadline for this conference is March 25, 2010.

Within days of receiving your abstract, we will notify you of the reviewers' acceptance or rejection.

You will get a free copy of the proceedings on a CD-ROM entitled Conference of the International Journal of Arts and Sciences (ISSN 1943-6114).

At the conference, the presentation room will be equipped with a laptop, a digital projector and a projector screen. The laptop will be set up for Powerpoint presentations. Linux and Mac users are asked to save their presentations in a compatible format. In the evolving world of Microsoft, save down to the 97-2003 format in order to ward off any problems. Make sure to bring with you about 10 to 20 hard copies for the attendees.
