The bienniel encounter weekend is being held at The Hayes in Swanwick, Derbyshire. The weekend is entitled Encountering The Father's Heart and we are pleased to have Mark Stibbe of The Fathers House Trust speaking as well as Andy and Emma Barclay-Watt sharing with us.

Please choose the number of delegates for each accommodation type.
Accommodation
Theprice of the weekend is full board.We have a limited number of rooms at the Hayes. All are en-suite and there is a mixture of double and twin in the Lakeside and Alan Booth accommodationcentres.Wheelchair accessible rooms are available please indicate if you require an accessible room. Please also indicate if you have any specific dietary requirements.
Double or Twin AccommodationAs we have a limited number of twinsanddouble rooms are used for single occupancies, if you are coming on your own to the EncounterWeekend you can choose to share a twin room. Please find a partner (of the same sex) andindicate who this in on your booking form. Ideally you should book together.
Single AccommodationThe single accommodation is actually double rooms.There is asingle occupancy supplement imposed on us by the centreso if possible please consider sharing a twin with a friend. If you wish to share but do not mind who with please book a twin and indicate this on the booking form - we will then contact you to make arrangements.
Day Visitors
Day visitors are welcome on Saturday 25th April arriving after Breakfast. The fee includes the refreshments, lunch and the evening meal.
