ENCORE: A TIME FOR GIVING – A BENEFIT CONCERT BY ACCLAIMED SINGER, SONGWRITER AND GUITARIST DAVID WILCOX

Acclaimed singer/songwriter and acoustic guitarist David Wilcox will be performing a benefit concert Live at the American Heritage Theater.

David Wilcox, an amazing lyricist, was honored with a silver award along with Bob Dylan, in Acoustic Guitar’s singer/songwriter category. His live album “Open Hand” was released in March 2009. Although his albums have had diverse arrangements, Wilcox generally performs as a soloist. He has released 16 albums, and his music has been an influence to rising singer-songwriter talents such as Scott Little. If you like James Taylor, you'll love David Wilcox.

All proceeds for this event will benefit the charities supported by the clubs and service organizations at the American Heritage School including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Students Against Drunk Driving, Soldier’s Angels, Best Buddies, Birthday Wish, Feed the Children, Key Club, Pre-Med Club, National Junior Honor Society, Tikkum Olam and POU.
