This diverse workforce contributes greatly to the vibrancy and strength of our economy, but that same strength also attracts unauthorized employment.

All employers are required to complete the Form I-9, Employment Verification Form, for new hires. This presentation will discuss the Form I-9 process, including the recent modifications and changes to the revision of the form, the legal requirements to complete and retain Form I-9 and complete the employee verification process.
