This meeting continues the discussion started on March 17th of the many legislative changes made in employment law during 2008 and 2009. Supervisors, company owners, and human resource professionals will have an opportunity to review important developments with Joseph R. Young, Esq., Manchester, Bennett, Powers & Ullman and to gain practical guidance regarding what these changes mean. Updated legislation covers: COBRA, Discrimination, Family and Medical leave, Retaliation, Labor law, and Harassment. This event has been approved for 1.5 credit hours toward the PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification.
