Robert Kristoff is a partner in the employment practice of Paul Hastings' San Francisco office. Mr. Kristoff practices labor and employment law, focusing on class action and other litigation, including wage hour, discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination issues and union-management issues before the NLRB. He is the chair of the firm's San Francisco Employment Law Department. Mr. Kristoff is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Committee of the San Francisco Bar Association.
