Employee and Security Screening Workshop January 11, 2010

This Workshop provides a clear understanding of the NISP personnel security clearance requirements set forth in the NISP Operating Manual (NISPOM) and the recently issued Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 704, Personnel Security Standards and Procedures Governing Eligibility for Access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) which replaces DCID 6/4. You will examine the adjudicative standards, investigative requirements, scope and process as well as reciprocity practices for Confidential, Secret and Top Secret information along with SCI and Special Programs.
