=Creating a Psychologically Healthy Workplace=
In today’s fast-paced world of competitive workplaces and turbulent economic conditions, each of us is searching for effective tools that can help us manage, adjust, and strike out ahead of the rest. Especially at the highest levels in organisations, emotional intelligence can give developing leaders a competitive edge.

By now, emotional intelligence (EQ) needs little introduction – EQ research and experience validate its importance as a critical factor in personal and business success. The need for emotional intelligence increases with higher levels of responsibility, such as management or parenthood, and becomes even more important with groups, such as work teams. EQ is not just important, but absolutely necessary for us to make good decisions, take action to solve problems, cope with change, and succeed.

Now you can actually develop these skills with a step-by-step program for increasing your emotional intelligence using the four core EQ skills - self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. With that, we are one step ahead in achieving goals and living our life to the fullest.

It has been said that the farthest distance known is the distance from the mind to the heart. By learning and utilizing EQ, you and your organization will be able to shorten that distance, and create teams of astonishing capacity and effectiveness.

, You just go about life the normal way instead of following different educational systems just to convince yourself that you are are learning something, perhaps to impress your friends or to show that you have all that it takes . then when you are given an assignment and it is focused on a specialized field you are drawn down with stress and loose out because your tempo of thought is split into fragments by these too many divided concepts that you thought would be useful to you, So you are now looking for another job just like you were looking for another educational system in the quest for knowledge. You cannot stop your brain from learning, Don't give meat to a vegetarian. He will not eat . So your brain will follow its own interests that is to generate and feed its own designs, Give it what it so desires.
