Emotional Intelligence 101
In this participative teleclass, you will learn the basic science and research behind emotional intelligence (EI), learn the different dimensions of EI and acquire tools for developing self awareness and empathy. You will also be offered the opportunity to take a mini-assessment so you can create goals toward increasing your personal and interpersonal repertoire. You will need to email me for the power point and assessment before the event and for the # and access code. Participation is limited and free on Thursday, April. 16th @ 6:30 – 6:55PM.
