Emmitt-Nershi Band November 18, 2012

The Emmitt-Nershi Band features Drew Emmitt (of Leftover Salmon) on mandolin and Billy Nershi (of The String Cheese Incident) on guitar. The two veteran bluegrass and jam band musicians originally began touring together back in 2007, and two years later released the album, 'New Country Blues,' a collection of 11 tunes the duo wrote together in a matter of three days over a long weekend. Now, on their current tour, Emmitt and Nershi are joined in the band by Andy Thorn on banjo and bassist Johnny Grubb.
