Disaster can strike quickly and without warning, forcing you to evacuate or confine you to your neighborhood, workplace, or school. What would you do if basic utility services were cut off? Local relief workers will eventually arrive on the scene; however, they can't reach everyone right away. Come to the Library for a presentation on emergency preparedness by the Bloomingdale Police Department and learn the best ways of protecting yourself and your family during an emergency.
