Elgin Short Film Festival September 17, 2011

The City of Elgin is proud to present the 3rd annual Elgin Short Film Festival, a competitive event intended to create a platform for area filmmakers to reach the best possible audience for their work. The festival provides an opportunity for area filmmakers to showcase their talents while competing for cash prizes. The top 5 films from various genres will be presented at the festival and winners will be selected by a panel of judges and the audience. A Red Carpet Reception After Party will take place on the Hemmens stage after the screenings featuring dancing, hors d'oeuvres and cash bar.
