Elgin Short Film Festival September 26, 2009

The City of Elgin is proud to present the first annual Elgin Short Film Festival, a competitive event intended to create a platform for area filmmakers to reach the best possible audience for their work. The event is sponsored in part by the Palmer Foundation, The Cultural Arts Commission and Fox Valley Beaux Arts.
