Elgin International Festival September 1, 2012

The Elgin International Festival will showcase the cultural contributions and quality of life, family, and work demonstrated by the diverse community groups within the greater Elgin Illinois area. There will be a kick-off parade, live music, children's "edutainment" area, international food, as well as business and non-profit information...showcasing dozens of world cultures!
