Join us Saturday, October 29th from 5pm to 11pm at Underground Atlanta for Elevate Carnival: The Greatest Halloween Show on Earth! This celebration will be the last night all Elevate / Art Above Underground artwork and performers will be on display and is FREE to the public. Featuring Imperial Opa Circus, Elevate Carnival will boast more than 20 acts with over 100 performances including fire breathers, stilt walkers, dancers, acrobats, aerialists, magicians and more!
