The next Electrovision and the first one in 2011 will take place on Saturday the 15th of January at the Roxy Bar and Screen.

This time we are part of the London Short Film Festival and present a lineup in keeping with the short film theme. Specially selected for this night we have three outstanding cinematic live narrative performances in store for you:

CODE36, is an outstandingly beautiful and atmospheric film presented in a live cinema format by the Hungarian VJ group ExLex (Matyas Kalman and Daniel Besnyo). It is a unique fusion of techno music and silent film, introducing sights of Hungary from an original, modern point of view.

‘Greetings from Holidays’ explores the theme of holiday on the island of Malta. Beatutifully shot and presented by the Massive Myst movement (Annabelle Galea, Piotr Nierobisz and Mario Sammut).
“Digital Assemblage” is an artistic process in which a three-dimensional composition is made from found images. This set by the London based video arts collective 'The Butchers' is a stunning visual essay of contemporary environments.
