A collaboration styles and genre mashup with the following crews
joining
together: Triple Power, Nonstop Bhangra, Freek Factory (NY), Sub Swara
(NY), Surya Dub, Outer Worldly, Groove Garden, Basement Bhangra (NY),
Bombay Beatbox (Chicago), Electric Vardo, Opel, Beats without Borders
(Vancouver, BC) & more. There are no limits on where we'll take you on
our
journey. Join us on our trip and you won't be disappointed.

Doors 9pm, performances 10:30-ish to 11-ish. Dancefloor opens up after
performances with DJs spinning electic dance beats all night.

$5 cover (2-for-1 entry before 10:00 - mention Electric Vardo). 21 and
over. goes till 2am.

HIP'n'BASS Kicked off on Thursday July 26 with DJ Amar, Freyja, Cera &
special guest Sharmaji from NY.
Our second show on August 30th featured Frederique, Jennifer Faust,
Freyja
with Sooozhyq on doumbek, Mitara, DJ Dimmy Love and Amar.
Hip'n'Bass on any given month will feature a mix of local talent plus
special guests from out of town.

HIP'n'BASS will continue on the Last Thursday of each month. Put on by
the
Electric Vardo crew, it will feature a down home vibe, wicked beats by
the
bay area's most out-there DJs, live musical additions and dance
performances.
