Uzbek-born pianist Eldar Nebolsin has been described by Gramophone magazine as a "virtuoso of power and poetry." The American Record Guide raves, "Clearly he has this music in his fingers . . . There is sheer pyrotechnic display on offer here that rivals the best," and goes on to suggest that he "may well be the [Sviatoslav] Richter of his generation."
