Effective Leadership Seminar July 15, 2009

This seminar is intended for frontline nurses and addresses effective listening and communication skills; conflict resolution, team building, implementing effective change and characteristics of an effective leader. Speaker is Kathryn Costa, RN, RSN, MSA, Nurse Educator - East/Northeast Division of Quality Assurance, Ohio Department of Health.

3.5 continuing nursing education hours will be awarded to registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who attend the entire workshop.
