EEP presents The LOL Weekend Comedy Tour May 2, 2008

EEP presents The LOL Weekend Comedy Tour featuring Maysoon Zayid with special opening acts!

The tour features Maysoon Zayid with the hopes of promoting understanding of Arab-Americans and Muslim-Americans through humor and entertainment.

Maysoon Zayid, comedian and co-founder of the New York Arab American Comedy Festival, will be featured and is to debut her one woman show. This show was directed by Kathy Najimy, noted Arab-American comedian and actress. Zayid is widely recognized for her dedication to educating the audiences through her comedy and nonprofit work about living with cerebral palsy.

Special opening acts includes comedian Maria Shehata from Comedy Centrals The Watch List. Local popular disk jockey, DJ Ahmed will be entertaining the crowd pre and post show.
