EEO Compliance for Supervisors (Fall 2010) November 10, 2010

This course examines the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) law, its Amendments, standards of compliance and legal issues involved in managing human resources within organizations. Also addressed are the legal responsibilities of supervisors in assuring compliance with EEO laws, as well as the individual employee and employer rights under the law.

All supervisors need to understand the components of the EEO law and its Amendments in order to provide a legally appropriate, as well as productive, working environment.
