Singer Edie Brickell hit paydirt on the pop charts back in 1989 with the single 'What I Am' from the New Bohemians release, 'Shooting Rubberbands at the Stars.' After the group disbanded, Brickell settled down to raise a family (with husband Paul Simon) and she emerged with her first solo effort, 'Picture Perfect Morning' in 1994. Brickell's latest is 'Volcano.' Joe Purdy is a North American based folk singer-songwriter.
