EchoVerse Poetry's 2008 Battle Of The Sexes June 20, 2008

Hello EchoVerse Patrons, Poets & Friends,

It's the hottest gender battle in the city. Our fourth annual Battle of the Sexes event is led by the 2008 Detroit Slam Team with special guest performances by some of Detroit's hottest performance poets. The fellas took bragging rights last year. Do you think they can do it again? Or will the ladies of the EchoVerse but the men back in their place? Who knows... it's up to you to decide, because the audience decides the outcome. No points, just raucous applause will grown the top gender at this event.

Featuring Johnny Jenkins, Omari King Wise, Justice, Londell Thomas and Righteous Knowledge Allah, Marsha Carter, T-Miller and more to be announced.
