Eat the Yard! Healthy Harvest Cooking Class February 6, 2010

Join us for a class packed full of dishes that bring out the best of the winter season's harvest! We'll start with harvesting techniques followed by simple methods to prepare what you've grown as well as a host of dynamic recipes, including a sauerkraut-making lesson. Instructor Jonathan Davis will also teach preservation methods so you can extend your harvest through the spring. You'll even learn how to start seeds for summer crops. This hands-on class truly gives you all you need to make the most of the season!
