Eat A Bug Cooking Presentations July 19, 2008

Learn about the world's bug-eating cultures and fun facts about bugs! For example, did you know that a dried grasshopper's body is more than 60-percent protein, twice that of chicken or beef? A cooking demonstration – with audience participation – is an activity you won’t want to miss! Some lucky audience members will help prepare and taste-test these dishes on stage!
