Easter Buffet Brunch at Syrah Restaurant April 12, 2009

Syrah Restaurant at the Sheraton Reston Hotel is excited to host an Easter Brunch Buffet on Sunday, April 12, featuring a petting zoo with bunnies, baby chicks and lambs provided by the Reston Zoo. Other fun Easter extras include a visit from the Easter Bunny himself, and two Easter egg hunts for kids starting at noon or 2 p.m. Exciting prizes include Easter treats or a family four-pack admission to the Reston Zoo.

Syrah's bottomless buffet includes:
freshly baked croissants, muffins and Danishes
omelets & waffles made to order
sliced fruit salad
spring asparagus with orange vinaigrette salad
wheat berry salad with dried fruit and nuts in honey mustard dressing
Riesling poached Mahi Mahi with leek confit
cumin rubbed chicken breast with jalapenos cilantro relish
steamed spiced shrimp with horseradish cocktail sauce
a carving station featuring honey baked Virginia ham, roasted lamb rack and slow roasted sirloin of beef au jus
