A poor miller leaves nothing but a gold plate and a cat to his sons, the youngest of whom winds up with the cat. To his surprise, the cat turns out to be magical, bringing the young man luck. Unfortunately for him, an evil ogre wants the feline for himself. Can the miller's son fend him off?
