East Elementary Annual FunFest March 14, 2009

If you’ve never been to East Elementary for their Chicken & Noodles, you don’t know what you’re missing. At this year’s annual school carnival, FunFest, the East Elementary Parent’s Club and cafeteria staff will be serving up their infamous Chicken & Noodles in the East café from 3:00 until 7:00 on Saturday, March 14, 2009.

Chicken & Noodle tickets are on sale now at the school office between 8:00 and 4:00 for a pre-sale price of only $5.00 per adult and $3.00 per student. There will be a limited number of tickets available at the door. The public is also invited to enjoy an afternoon of carnival type games, bouncing inflatables, a fortune teller, raffle items, and the featured attraction “Silly Safaris”, a LIVE animal show.

Advance tickets for activities may be purchased at East, during student lunch hours, March 2 – 13th or at the event on March 14th. FunFest is our largest fundraiser of the year, but what’s more important is that our students come and have a great time,” said Marla Hunter, East’s Co-President of Parent’s Club.
