These trips around the Essex coasts and rivers are designed to include the novice sailor who would like to test their "sea legs" and, for the more experienced sailor, we encourage you to participate with crewing and helming.

You will be sailing on "Neptune’s Spirit" , a privately owned Bavaria 41 Holiday sailing yacht.

You will be welcomed aboard Neptune's Spirit with coffee & biscuits and after a safety brief we will set out on the Walton Backwaters to start your sailing experience.

We will welcome you aboard Neptune's Spirit where you will have a short safety brief before we sail off along the Twizzle to take in the beautiful Walton Backwaters and the start of your sailing experience.

You can take it easy and relax or get hands on and help with the crewing. In no time you will be on the helm in control of the yacht or helping to tack.

Our sailing trips are the perfect introduction to sailing or a great way to celebrate a Birthday or special occasion.Venturing out onto the North Sea we sail towards Harwich & Felixstowe and onto the river Orwell. We encourage you to participate in crewing and you will be able to take the helm and control the yacht. You can also just sit back and just enjoy the experience......the choice is yours!

Once on the river we will either drop anchor or pick up a buoy for lunch. You can sit back and relax whilst eating lunch and take in the scenery and sights of the river before we set back on our homeward journey.
