This month there is a little change of plan. I was unable to book
our normal room until 8:00. This means we will have part of our
meeting in the foyer just outside the meeting rooms.

Be sure to bring some locally grown goodies. This is the time for
people new to Peak Oil to discuss basic topics. After the meeting

Facing Peak Oil: Personal Planning in Community
Facilitator: Janet Kobren

There have been four sessions of this agenda item thus far over the
last four months. I have found facilitating this to be quite
challenging, as the content, structure, and participation have been
quite squirrelly. It is like working with a moving target. Perhaps
this is because there is so much to deal with in this constantly
changing and deteriorating world. Perhaps there are as many reasons
as people who have participated.

In any case, it is important to continue to have this agenda item as
part of the monthly meetings because without this section many of us
may be left to struggle alone. This month, the agenda time might be
short, so we hope to have a topic that will accommodate this.

And I hope we have some feedback from some folks on the list before
the meeting (see separate posting to come from me).
