Earth Hour Dinner at Starr Pass March 26, 2009

Come celebrate an Earth Hour dinner at Primo! Our menu will feature many dishes that contain items which have traveled less than 100 miles to the plate. We also will be serving several culinary delights that use little or no natural resources in their preparation. Organic and biodynamic wines as well was local beer will be part of our offerings. So join us in our candle lit dining room as we do our part to ease the strain on our planet this day and every day.
