Step back in time to experience daily life and preparations for warfare in the Middle Ages with the Early Medieval Alliance.

There will be Living history demonstrations including a chance to meet historical characters such as a medieval musician who demonstrates instruments of the period, and sings traditional songs. A twelfth century leather worker demonstrates leather crafts of the middle ages with authentic medieval artefacts, and a medieval herbalist and wise woman displays traditional herbs and talks about country and folklore, talking on up to forty herbs found in the medieval home and their uses as remedies and cure-alls.
