Buddhist Teaching and Meditation Practice

Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche, a Tibetan Buddhist scholar and meditation master, will give a Dharma teaching and lead us in Buddhist meditation practice.

The topic of tonight's teaching:
How to Realize Helping Others is Helping Yourself

When we positively interact with others by providing beneficial service to them with an attitude of compassion and loving kindness, we inevitably activate a brighter, clearer, more awakened quality of mind in ourselves. Khenpo Choga will teach how every positive step we take to help others is actually a higher level of enlightenment that naturally benefits ourselves. Bring your life questions and Dharma conundrums to ask Khenpo during the open discussion that will follow the teaching. All are welcome.

Cost:
There is a suggested donation of $20, however no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
